What to expect in our classes
Our Strength Training classes are the foundation of Fernie Strength Collective—and the heart of what we do.
These aren’t random workouts or bootcamp-style classes. They’re structured, progressive strength programs designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body—at any stage of life.
Each month, our members follow a thoughtfully designed strength program built on proven training principles like progressive overload, balanced movement, and recovery. You’ll lift weights, learn proper technique, and build real strength over time—without guesswork, pressure, or comparison.

How Our Program Works
We train in intentional multi-month cycles, with each phase building on the last. This allows you to:
Learn movements properly
Gradually increase strength and confidence
See measurable progress (yes, you really do get stronger)
Avoid burnout, plateaus, and injury
You’ll never walk in wondering what you’re supposed to do—or whether you’re “doing it right.” We’ve done the planning, so you can focus on showing up and training.

Cardio & Mobility
Our cardio work is intentionally separate from our strength training.
These classes focus on raising your heart rate with a non-weighted cardio based workout, followed by guided mobility and stretching to support recovery, movement quality, and long-term progress.
It’s designed to build cardiovascular fitness without interfering with your strength training—helping you feel better, move better, and come back stronger for the rest of the week.

YOGA (for everyone!)
Stretching is essential to releasing the tension built up during strength training, and we want our yoga classes to be enjoyable for everyone!
These sessions blend breath work, meditation, and mindful movement to relieve tension, reduce anxiety, and soothe your nervous system. The goal is to leave you feeling calm, balanced, and refreshed while improving mobility in your muscles and joints.
No experience with yoga? No worries! These classes are designed for all levels, making them accessible to everyone.
