Your body undergoes significant changes over 9 months to support your growing baby. As you enter the postpartum phase, it’s important to ease back into activity to keep you safe and healthy, with special attention to your core and pelvic floor recovery.

In these six-week sessions, led by a Certified Pre & Post Natal Coach and with input from experienced physiotherapists and pelvic floor specialists, women seven weeks or more postpartum will rebuild their strength safely and effectively.

We’ll focus on:

  • Pelvic Floor and Core Recovery: Learn to recognize your pelvic floor and strengthen it alongside your core in a safe and effective way.

  • Diastasis Recti: Every woman experiences some abdominal separation during pregnancy. You’ll be assessed and guided through exercises to ensure proper recovery.

  • Everyday Strength: Caring for a baby is physically demanding, from feeding and holding to lifting and carrying. We’ll help you build full-body strength to confidently handle these tasks and any other activities you choose.

Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive community of moms experiencing the same joys and challenges, which can be vital for your mental health.
