New this year is our half marathon program!
This guided half marathon training program is designed to help you confidently and sustainably prepare for a half marathon in 2026!
Led by Camille, Registered Kinesiologist and UESCS-certified running coach, this program focuses on smart progression, injury prevention, and building the strength and skill needed to enjoy the training process—not just survive it.
Starting for those with a base ability of running 5km, you will be led weekly through one group run, and two runs to do on your own, or with others from the group.
To keep you strong, injury free, and to support your running journey, strength training is a requirement of this journey. You will discuss your current training plan (if any) with our Kinesiologist Running Coach, and be given the option to add on a program that has been specifically developed in collaboration with Physiotherapist for our runners!

Back for its third year is our popular 5KM run program! The last two years have been incredible, with a ton of wonderful feedback from participants (most of whom went on to do our 10km program in the fall!).

Do you want to run 5KM but aren’t sure where to start, or would want accountability to keep you going? This is the program for you.
Join our 10 week Learn to Run program — a supportive, progressive journey from walking to running, designed to build your confidence, endurance, and love of movement (yes, running can actually be enjoyable).
Led by a Registered Kinesiologist and experienced running coach, this program takes the guesswork out of getting started. We’ll use evidence-based run/walk intervals to gradually increase your stamina in a way that’s doable, safe, and fun — no burning lungs or endless laps required.
Start where you are. We’ll help you go the rest of the way.
Program Cost is $225 for 10 weeks!
